Many people faces this problem acne is not all life threatening but threatens our confidence level. So it’s very essential to take adequate steps to get rid of acne than making it more complicated. Few measures can help you in this. Acne can be solved through right diet

Water

If you are keen on eliminating acne, ensure you drink a lot of water in a day. This removes the toxins from skin and gets acne at control. Avoid all fizzy drinks, as it doesn’t do anything to your body leads to dehydration and makes acne complicated

Green vegetables

It not only makes you stay fit, it helps in eliminating acne too. Try to increase the use of spinach, lettuce and cabbages in your diet . 

Cucumbers

It is a source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, which helps you in controlling acne

Garlic

Garlic has anti-bacterial properties that improve your skin and your immunity!

Lemon

Applying directly to the acne, reduce the appearance of visible scarring

Watermelon

It helps in hydrating the skin and vitamins A, B6, and C reduces acne
