PS4: 1 million sold in first day on sale in the US

Sony marked 1million units of their latest PlayStation 4 gaming console within 24 hours of sale in US and Canada market.
Sony are expecting a come back into market with this console.
They are now on high expectations on their sales in Europe and Latin America.
Sony Corp had previously announced it had received more than 1 million advance orders for the console. Still, the initial sales figures are Sony's first salvo in a battle brewing with Microsoft Corp's Xbox One console, which goes on sale next week.
Sony corp recieved 1million advance orders even before the console was available. This helped them to edge over rival Microsoft corp's Xbox One console which has a nearby release date.
Sony is expecting to bag some money to save their company from money losing.
Their target is set on 5m units by the end of march 31st .
