Apple has been awarded a patent for a system for using facial recognition on mobile or desktop .this is similar to android face unlock option ,which did not receive much attention .it can used to control the device by facial expressions . Apple always try to add more security to their smart phones and tablets and facial recognition could be yet another way for it .the patent was filed in 2008 . the technology world would be eagerly waiting for the next action of the company
